Our beginner’s course is the first step to becoming a Dagda member! Once completed, you’ll be confident and ready to take on more workouts at CF Dagda.
Suitable for people new to CrossFit or someone who has taken a long break and would like to come back. The aim of the beginner’s CrossFit course is to expose you to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely and efficiently. We guarantee you will see a significant improvement in your performance from your first session to your last.
Option 1: One of our experienced coaches will lead you through three One-on-One sessions to prepare you for Group Training and Personal Training.
Option 2: You can also attend our GROUP beginner’s course which we hold on specific dates throughout the year. Our coaches will lead the group through four classes over 2 weeks. The dates are January 25th, 27th, February 1st, 3rd, and your first CrossFit group class on February 4th, each at 7pm.
