We Have Something for Everyone at CrossFit Dagda!

If you’re ready to get started with your fitness journey or are just looking for a new workout environment, we have a program for you! Our caring and qualified coaches are ready to help! You can work one-on-one with a coach or in a group setting. You do NOT need to be in shape to begin. We start with a Free, No Obligation, Intro. Why? We are committed to helping you reach your goals and throwing you into a CrossFit class is not the best way to start.

Not all CrossFit gyms are the same. The workout structure, level of coaching, energy, and the specific philosophies – vary greatly! We want to show you how we’re different and how we are committed to you.
