Group training is an incredibly motivational aspect of CrossFit. The classes are coach led and consist of endurance and strength training which will help you become strong, lean, and lose weight. The other members will help you push past your personal barriers and complete workouts you never thought would be possible.
Our beginner’s course is the first step to become a Dagda member! Once completed, you’ll be confident and ready to take on more workouts at CF Dagda. One of our experienced coaches will lead you through three One-on-One sessions to prepare you for Group Training and Personal Training.
Dagda bootcamp is a 45 minute class to help you burn calories, lose weight and love what you see in the mirror!
Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and power output.
